Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Inverto, a puzzle game published by Cishor, handles information on iOS and Android.

Effective date: September 5, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Inverto mobile game on Apple and Android devices. Our websites and our other applications have their own policies.

The App Store and Google Play are separate services. Their own privacy policies also apply to information they process, including account, payment, and download information.

2. Information we handle

Inverto works without an Inverto account. We do not ask you for your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location in order to play.

Handled on your device

  • Game data. Progress, settings, and preferences are stored on your device. We do not receive this data on a Cishor server.

Handled by services inside the game

  • Advertising. Inverto shows ads through Google AdMob. See section 3.
  • Push notifications. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging issues a device token so that we can deliver them. See section 4.
  • Purchases. Apple or Google processes payments and reports purchase status. We never receive your payment-card details.
  • Game services. If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, that platform handles leaderboards and achievements under its own policy.

Information you choose to provide

  • Support messages. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, so that we can reply.

What we do not do: we do not sell personal information, we do not use analytics SDKs in Inverto, and we do not require an account to play.

3. Advertising

Inverto is free and is funded by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob may process your device’s advertising identifier, coarse location derived from your IP address, and general device information. Google acts as an independent controller for this data.

On iOS, the system asks for your permission before any app may use the advertising identifier to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. If you decline, Inverto does not use the identifier for that purpose, and ads become less relevant rather than disappearing.

You can change this at any time: on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android in Settings → Google → Ads, where the advertising ID can also be reset or deleted. Google explains its own handling in How Google uses information for advertising.

4. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging assigns your installation a token so that a message can reach your device. We use it only to send notifications about the game. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, which stops delivery.

5. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • run the game and keep your progress on your device;
  • show advertising that funds the game;
  • deliver notifications you have agreed to receive;
  • diagnose crashes, bugs, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • reply to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

6. When information is shared

Advertising data is processed by Google (AdMob), and notification delivery by Google (Firebase), each under its own terms. Apple and Google independently process information when you download, update, purchase, or use platform services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of players or Cishor. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

Game data stored locally is controlled by your device and is removed when you delete the game or clear its data. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed. Data held by Google is retained under Google’s own policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can stop collection by uninstalling the game, by declining the tracking prompt, by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier, and by turning off notifications. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

To make a request, email mail@cishor.com. We may need to verify your request before acting. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

Inverto is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, a provider, or a legal requirement changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
